My Practice
I handle all matters related to requests for:
- Expungement or expunction - If you were arrested, but never charged; or if charges were dismissed or you were acquitted, I can help you seek the permanent removal of any reference to the arrest or charges from your criminal record.
- Non-disclosure of criminal records - In Texas, if you were charged with a crime, but the judge elected to defer or postpone the adjudication of guilt until you completed probation or some other diversionary program, you may be entitled to a non-disclosure order, which will prevent potential employers, lenders, licensing agencies, and landlords from having access to your criminal record.
I focus my expungement and non-disclosure representation in Dallas County and Tarrant County, but also handle cases in other parts of Texas, including Denton County, Collin County, Hunt County, Rockwall County, Johnson County, Parker County, Wise County and Ellis County.
