If you were arrested, but never charged with a crime, or if you were charged, but the charges were dismissed, you can seek to have all record of the arrest or charges permanently deleted from your record. Expungement/Expunction also applies if you were charged with a crime, but were acquitted at trial.

If you were charged and pled guilty, or were convicted, but the judge elected to defer the finding of guilt until you completed probation or another diversionary program, you can seek to have the record of your arrest, charge and conviction permanently sealed, so that others may not have access to it without a court order.

I have represented many clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area in proceedings to expunge or seal criminal records. I know legal system and the various standards applied in courts throughout the area.

I handle expungement and non-disclosure proceedings for people throughout Tarrant County, as well as Denton County, Johnson County, Parker County and Wise County. My clients come from Fort Worth, Cleburne, Weatherford, Decatur, Denton, Alvarado, Arlington, Bedford, Burleson, Crowley, Granbury, Grapevine, Haltom City, Kennedale, Mansfield, North Richland Hills, Roanoke, Saginaw, Sanger, Springtown, Weatherford, and White Settlement.
