Expunction/Expungement
If you were arrested, but never charged, you have a right to seek the permanent deletion of any record of the arrest. Similarly, if you were charged, but charges were dismissed or you were acquitted, we will aggressively seek the expungement/expunction of any reference to the arrest or charge. Non-Disclosure
If your criminal case went to court, but the judge opted to defer or postpone the determination of guilt based on completion of probation or a diversionary program, you may be entitled to have your criminal record permanently sealed, provided you have abided by the terms of your agreement.
